Our major company activity has become general construction contracting including the construction of detached homes and smaller condominiums.

Having several years of experience behind us, numerous detached homes have been built so far, including self-invested projects as well as erection of buildings modified in accordance with the individual requirements of our clients.

A permanent contact with our Clients is maintained during erection, therefore any individual demands can be realized.

( e.g.: floor heating installation, fireplace installation, A/C equipment installation, block paving, garden architecture, electric garage door and gate opener installation, video surveillance system installation, alarm system assembly, etc.)

In case our Client has a building permit, this will serve as a base for a detailed, accurate quotation which will not be altered later on. During the construction phase, our Client has the possibility to modify eventual technical contents, technical solutions.
Any extra costs encountered will be quoted and its approval will be confirmed in writing.

In case our Client has no design documentation, his/her expectations can be discussed with our designers.

  • Should you not have a construction site yet, we are able to support you in this matter, as well
• Recording of expectations, discussion with authorities concerning construction activities at the site

Erection

• Survey by building surveyor.
• Execution and coordination of craftsman jobs ( bricklayer, carpenter, roofing tinker, HVAC technician, electrical fitter, painting, daubing, inlaying ), material purchase and transportation.
  Technical supervision of craftsman jobs, verification of compliance with construction regulations, application of adequate techniques.
